TOPS Internet Backup Service

1. Open TOPS 2000™, any community.

2.   From the main menu, click Internet, Internet Backup Service, and Account Setup /Maintenance.

Please note, you must be connected to the Internet to change your account settings.

3.   You will be presented with the Customer Login screen. Enter your TOPS Customer ID, your User Name, and your Password, and click Login.

Your Customer ID can be found on any support bill sent to you from TOPS Software. (e.g.WD123)

4.   Click Edit Account Information.

Please Note - You do not need to edit every field in the Account Information screen. Skip directly to the step you wish to edit, and then click on Step 6 to save your changes.

Edit Login Information

If you wish to change your login name or password, enter your new information in the fields on this screen.

Edit Contact Info

You may update your contact information on this screen.

Edit Backup Settings

Use this screen to increase or decrease your account size limits.

Edit Billing / Payment Info

If your credit card or bank account information has changed, you can make the changes on the following two screens.

Service Agreement

Once you have completed your changes, go to Step 6 and click 'Save Account'.
