To make your backups run automatically, you will need to
set up a schedule that defines when your computer will connect
to the Internet and upload your backup files to our servers.

a Schedule for Automatic Backups

| 1. Click Internet, Scheduler, Schedule
Tasks. |

2. Click Add. |

3. Enter a description of the Scheduler
task.
This is just to help you identify this
item in the scheduler. |

4. Click on the Internet Backup Service
button. |

5. Click Next. |
 |
6. Check the boxes for the days and
time you wish to perform backups.
Your settings here should coincide with
the scheme you selected in the setup wizard. If you
chose the recommended or daily schemes, check Monday
through Friday. If you chose a weekly scheme, check
one weekday. If you chose a monthly scheme, check the
1st, 15, or last day of the month. |

7. Click Finished.

8. Once the schedule has been set, click Done to
close the scheduler. |

9. Click Internet, Scheduler, Run Scheduler at Startup.

10. Reboot your computer. When your computer boots
up, you should see a new icon in the system tray by
the time in the lower right corner of your desktop.
The icon looks like a blue top in a red circle. This
is the scheduling program. As long as it is running,
this program will ensure that your Internet backups
are performed automatically and on schedule. |

| 1. Double Click on the TOPS Scheduler
Icon in the system tray by the time in the lower right
corner of your desktop.
OR If you do not have the scheduler running
automatically at startup, click Internet, Scheduler,
Schedule Tasks. |

2. Click on the backup task you want to run manually. |

3. Right click on the task and select Execute Now
from the right-click menu. |
 |
4. Once the backup has been executed, click Done
to close the scheduler. |

2a. Click on the backup task you want to change and
click the Edit Button.
OR

Right click on the task and select Re-Schedule from
the right-click menu.

3. Make the desired changes to the scheduled task
and then click Finished to save your changes |

4. Once the changes have been made, click Done to
close the scheduler. |
